After implementing the MuuFarmer app, communication between farmers and dairy plants improved significantly. The seamless integration with the Muumap system streamlined milk collection processes, resulting in greater transparency, reduced errors, and a more efficient workflow for both farmers and dairy operators. In less than six months, the app attracted over 2,000 users. Additionally, a user survey revealed that 90% of users rated the app with the highest score, highlighting its usability and effectiveness in daily operations.
